In addition, we welcome your well-mannered indoor family dog. There are 4 TVs with cable and DVD players. You can enjoy one open wood burning fireplace and an easily started gas fireplace that both provide a warm, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings after a long day enjoying all the wonders of Lake Tahoe. And keep your toes warm with in-floor radiant heating on the lower level. The spacious kitchen offers granite countertop and all new appliances and is stocked with all the tools you will need to prepare meals for your entire group. The dining room provides a lovely setting to share a quiet romantic dinner for two by the fireplace, or a celebration dinner for the whole gang.
Bring your boat, or rent one at a nearby marina, and keep it moored at the private buoy just off the lakeside of the house. The boat launch facility is conveniently located at the end of the street. Pier in photo belongs to neighbor. Renter use of pier is prohibited.
The one-car garage plus carport is suitable for small vehicles. Additional parking is available for 2 large vehicles across the street during the summer and in designated parking spots during the winter. Wireless high-speed Internet access allows you to check your email or surf the web without having to leave this beautiful retreat.

There are some periods where there is a one week minimum with an advance booking. But we will try hard to fit any length bookings, so please give us a call. 

Check in time is 3:00PM and check out time is 10:00AM. If there is an opening before or after your stay, we can usually accommodate most requests for changing these times. If the house is booked directly after your stay,  the check out time is very important to honor so that we have enough time to prepare the home for our next guests.
